Fibrax Wrexham Roads Club. Time Trial Series (Round 1).

The sun was shining today with a brisk wind for the first round of the Club Time Trial season. We had a full field with 27 riders (Covid Rules applied). We had to revert to our 3 lapper Kelloggs circuit,dew to temporary traffic lights on the Holt Road. First rider in was George Evans of Team Botrill, with a time of 19.26, shortly behind him in 2nd place was Wilf Goodfellow of Fibrax Wrexham RC with a 19.46. Third place was Steve Aston also Fibrax Wrexham Roads Club with a 21.25. Excellent rides by all who attended. Thank you also to all who helped out to make the race a successful one. Nicola Collins will be running the event for the next 2 weeks, assistant timekeeper for Nicola is crucial please. Tickets are selling fast on Eventbrite.. Be quick to secure your place.
