Are you looking to become a member?
If you’re interested in joining the club and want to learn more about us, here are some options:
Join a club ride
Club rides are a great way to meet members and discover more about the club. Our speed for the ride will be to the slowest rider and the distance will be determined on the day. Typically a ride is 3 hours including a coffee stop, so bring your pennies. Mandatory equipment: Bike, helmet and some wet weather gear if the weather looks a bit yucky.
Just check the events calendar to find the next club ride. Hopefully see you there.
Come along to one of our Tuesday night club time trials
The best thing to do is come along to one of our Tuesday night club time trials, you can even have a go if you want to. You don’t need to book, just check the events calendar to ensure the event is taking place.
The club runs a series of short-distance time trials during the year once the evenings are light enough. Guests from CTT-affiliated clubs are welcome, as are novices completely new to cycle sport who wish to try time-trialling for the first time. A temporary free club membership is available to allow novices to compete in this way.
Club members will be happy to explain what we do, their experience of the club and advise you on the next steps to becoming a member.
Just check the events calendar to find the next Tuesday night TT.
